Our Story

Born on Broadway,
rooted in care.

New Win Shing opened its doors on Broadway in 1998 with a simple conviction: that a meal should feel like an occasion, not an obligation. What began as a neighborhood table for friends has grown into a destination — one that still prioritizes warmth over pretense.

Our kitchen draws from the rhythms of the season. Ingredients arrive when they should, and the menu shifts quietly with them. We work with local farms, import olive oils from small Italian estates, and age our own charcuterie in-house. Nothing is rushed. Everything is considered.

The dining room carries the same spirit — candlelight, linen, the soft hum of conversation. It is a place where you are known, even on your first visit.
